About James Hosman

James Hosman is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and a passion for fostering community growth. James serves as the Managing Partner for Prospecta Growth Partners, where they focus on business acquisitions and private equity primarily in Indian Country.

Before Prospecta, James was Market President for Centennial Bank in Pensacola, overseeing regional operations and financing over $2 billion in projects across the Southeast. James formerly served as Vice President for Florida First Capital Finance Corporation and Chief Operating Officer for Martin Construction.  Additionally, he is a partner in a technology company, Accountingfly.com

Beyond finance, James actively serves on multiple nonprofit boards and dedicates time to mentoring programs. His leadership and volunteer efforts have been recognized by the SBDC Network's "Lenders Hall of Fame" and Florida Trend Magazine's "Trendsetters: Today and Beyond."

James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and an MBA from the University of West Florida, where he was inducted into the College of Business Hall of Fame in 2023.
